To learn more please visit: https://theuncommonbusiness.co Position Responsibilities: If you are a rare individual who thrives at the intersection of AI expertise, curriculum design, thought leadership, and teaching, this role offers the opportunity to define how AI is taught to thousands of founders and operators. You will own the direction of AI education within the business, transforming emerging technologies into practical frameworks that students can immediately implement. This role includes:

  • Owning and defining the AI curriculum roadmap, including what is taught, what is prioritized, and what is removed as the landscape evolves
  • Conducting ongoing research and validation of emerging AI tools, models, and workflows to determine practical applications for founders and operators
  • Creating, documenting, and maintaining proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and intellectual property that can be consistently taught and scaled
  • Establishing and maintaining educational standards across AI-related curriculum and learning experiences
  • Teaching live and on camera alongside the Master Instructor in front of large student audiences
  • Translating complex AI concepts into actionable business strategies and implementation frameworks
  • Supporting the development of AI-powered coaching and advisory experiences to ensure consistency across student interactions
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to continuously improve educational outcomes and student success
  • Staying at the forefront of AI advancements and evaluating their relevance to business owners and entrepreneurs

Qualifications

  • Deep expertise in the modern AI ecosystem, including current tools, models, and practical business applications
  • Hands-on experience building with tools such as Claude Code and other leading AI platforms
  • Proven experience designing curriculum, methodology, frameworks, educational content, or intellectual property
  • Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and distinguish meaningful innovation from industry hype
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, publishable educational content
  • Experience teaching, training, coaching, or presenting complex topics in an engaging and accessible way
  • Comfortable presenting live and on camera to large audiences
  • Ability to balance strategic curriculum leadership with hands-on execution and delivery
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-accountability environments where continuous learning and adaptation are required
  • Passion for helping founders and operators successfully implement AI within their businesses
