Remuneration depends on the type of assignment. For hourly rates, our range was usually up to 190 PLN/h net + VAT. Location: Fully remote (Poland) 🌎 We're interested in people who can help clients: build AI-powered products and services, design and implement agentic workflows, automate business processes using AI, integrate LLMs with existing systems, deliver MVPs, prototypes and production-ready AI solutions, accelerate product development through AI-native engineering practices, support discovery, estimation and technical decision-making. What would we expect from you? understanding of agent orchestration patterns and Agentic AI architectures, ability to design and build end-to-end solutions across backend, frontend and integrations, practical experience with LLM APIs, experience participating in project estimations and solution scoping, ability to identify risks, unknowns and delivery trade-offs, ownership mindset and ability to independently drive delivery, experience working directly with clients, stakeholders or product teams.
