Conduct field trials and experiments to evaluate the performance and efficacy of new products and technologies. Analyze and interpret data from field trials and experiments to make recommendations for product improvements and advancements. Develop and deliver training programs and materials for internal teams and external stakeholders on agronomic practices and product knowledge. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the agriculture industry, including farmers, researchers, and industry experts. Monitor and report on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform business strategies and decisions. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase our products and technologies.
