Responsibilities

• Index back up related to customer deductions
• Review and research information to accurately identify supplier ID’s
• Manage generic email boxes to ensure the timely filing of customer deduction info
• Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• General knowledge of accounting practices
• Previous work in Accounts Receivable
• Knowledge of general office equipment (Such as fax and copy machines)
• Excellent 10 key and typing skills
• Strong math skills
