Position Overview As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and processing all outgoing payments while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company financial policies.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
• Ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors and suppliers
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Communicate with vendors regarding billing and payment inquiries
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years of accounts payable or related experience
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Must be a US resident
