Essential Job Duties: Daily monitoring, validation and recording of very high volume of both AP transactions and bank debits. Entering high-volume of Accounts Payable invoices with careful attention to detail for correct coding and for selecting the correct operating company. Detailed receipt review, and monitor employee compliance with corporate credit card usage Reconcile corporate credit card activity Review and reconcile variances that may occur due to integration issues. Work closely with and communicate with other members of the accounting team, as well as supervisor, collections specialist & AR specialist Prepares special reports or other projects, as requested. Skills/Qualifications: Self-motivated, high energy individual. Professional who thrives on being in a hands-on role with a strong sense of urgency and ability to multi-task, and remain composure.
