Job Description

The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with major accounts in order to drive sales and revenue for the company. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and account management with excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and goalsEstablish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within customer accountsIdentify opportunities for business growth and expansion within customer accountsManage and report on sales pipeline, forecasting monthly and quarterly revenuesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products and servicesProvide regular reports to senior management on account performance and sales activityQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field2-5 years of experience in Account Management, IT Industry and Sales with a proven track record of successExcellent communication, negotiation, and organization skillsA strong understanding of the market and industry trendsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareWillingness to travel up to 25% of the time
