Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships to ensure customer loyalty. Act as a liaison between the client and the company to address any concerns or needs. Sales Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue. Develop account strategies to meet sales targets. Monitor client accounts to ensure they are using services effectively and identify expansion opportunities. Customer Success & Retention: Ensure clients are satisfied with the company’s products or services. Conduct regular check-ins and resolve issues promptly. Focus on client retention by delivering value and maintaining engagement. Problem Solving: Address any issues clients face and work with internal teams to provide solutions. Advocate for the client’s needs within the company. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and hand off relationships. Coordinate with marketing, product, and support teams to meet client expectations. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates to management on account status and key metrics. Analyze sales data and customer behavior to inform strategies. What you bring 3+ years of SaaS sales experience Previous experience as an Account Manager Strong analytical skills and background in quantitative fields C1 English level, or better Medium Excel Skills Excellent communications skills Why join Connectly?
