About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of accounts across a designated territory (East Midlands / East Anglia, South East and London), supporting NHS Trusts to achieve excellent hygiene outcomes with Essity’s Tork solutions. You will play a key role in strengthening relationships with NHS Trusts and Integrated Care Boards — one of Essity’s most strategic end customer groups — ensuring consistent product adoption and long-term value creation

What You Will Do

Territory & Account Management: Manage a defined portfolio across NHS Trusts, ensuring strong product adoption and relationship growth. Sales Planning: Develop short and long range sales strategies using available sales and marketing programmes to achieve nominated targets. Customer Negotiations: Lead negotiation of plans and conditions with NHS Trusts to secure sustainable and profitable business. Product & Market Expertise: Apply detailed product knowledge and a strong understanding of each client’s business to deliver tailored support. Customer Visits & Expansion: Introduce new products and services, organising regular visits with existing and prospective NHS Trusts to expand Essity’s market presence. Service Coordination: Ensure high quality customer service and involve relevant internal colleagues when clients require additional support. Who You Are Experience in account management, sales, or business development within a complex customer environment such as healthcare, public sector, B2B, or distribution based sales. Experience in working within the NHS preferable. Strong product learning agility with the ability to apply technical knowledge in customer conversations. A collaborative communicator with strong relationship building, negotiation, organisation, and problem solving skills.
