Account Executive APAC

Social Links is now looking for an Account Executive for the Asia-Pacific Region. As Social Links's APAC Account Executive, you will drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across the Asia-Pacific region, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You will work closely with teams across Social Links, including but not limited to sales, marketing, customer success, and product. Your tasks will be: Manage the APAC sales pipeline holistically and quantitatively using Hubspot CRM, tracking and managing key metrics such as qualified pipeline generated, deal registrations, closing rate, deal cycle, average deal size, etc.; Own and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and expansion opportunities; Build a deep understanding of clients' and prospects' business models, strategies, and goals; Build and cultivate relationships across various stakeholder functions, including executives, alliances, sales, and pre-sales; Create and close new business deals both directly and through the partner network; Engage closely with end users and work with partners to drive joint deals to closure; Run regular pipeline development meetings, including but not limited to account planning and strategy sessions; Collaborate with partners to identify and develop new opportunities within existing and prospective accounts; Ensure successful go-to-market (GTM) execution; Qualify and onboard new clients. What you need to succeed: 5+ years of experience in an account executive or direct sales role; 5+ years of experience selling into the APAC market; Experience managing existing accounts and closing deals through a partner network; Experience working directly with clients in the software space; Strong presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to translate complex technology concepts fluently; A "walking the halls" mentality encompassing networking skills, trust, relationship management, and connecting people; Curiosity to learn and assimilate information quickly; enthusiasm to share knowledge and teach others; Remote work is an option, but the candidate must reside in the APAC region.
