Lapitopa is a game development studio focused on creating engaging mobile game experiences. We build games with a strong focus on player experience, clean design and fast iteration. As part of a small and highly collaborative team, you’ll have a direct impact on how our games feel and play. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create high-quality 3D and 2D animations for characters, UI and gameplay elements
• Animate gameplay features that feel responsive, dynamic and satisfying
• Work closely with game designers, developers and artists to bring ideas to life
• Iterate on animations based on gameplay feedback and metrics
• Ensure animations support game feel, clarity and player experience
• Help define and maintain animation quality and consistency across the project

WHAT WE EXPECT

• 3+ years of experience as a game animator (3D / 2D)
• Experience working on mobile or casual & midcore games
• Strong understanding of timing, weight and game feel
• Ability to create animations that enhance gameplay clarity and responsiveness
• Experience working closely with designers and developers
• Good eye for detail and visual polish

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience working in Blender
• Knowledge of Unity animation systems
• Some experience with C#
• Experience with UI animations & motion design
• Understanding of technical constraints in game engines
