Shift Hours: Start time ranges between 12:00pm and 2:00pm. 9-hour shifts. Qualifications: The ideal candidate should be able to obtain detailed dispatch specifications from customers, perform load planning, coordinate load assignments, monitor various shipping boards, handle administrative paperwork, monitor driver's locations, and perform accurate data entry. Candidate should be able to exercise a high level of discretion and latitude in completing tasks as work is performed under minimal daily supervision. This position requires an extensive training program that will require a flexible work schedule.
