Lockheed Martin is a leading technology innovation company, and they are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join their 1LMX Digital Transformation team. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack applications to streamline operational processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack web applications from front‑end UI to back‑end services
• Learning and exercising best practices and high‑quality code
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable software designs
• Assist in the maintenance and updates of the CI/CD pipeline implementation and ensure secure, reliable deployments
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve application reliability and maintainability

Skills

• Experience in full-stack web development with a focus on technologies such as React, Next.js, Node.js, Redux, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, and TypeScript
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or relevant tools
• Knowledge of database design, storage, etc. May include familiarity with the development using Object Relational Mapping (ORM)
• Understanding of software design patterns, principles, and best practices
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)
• Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
• Knowledge of security best practices and experience with security testing
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure, and PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Jest, Mocha) and experience with unit testing and integration testing
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
