In this role, you will work with live traffic incident data for a global mapping platform, helping ensure that information in the system is accurate, timely, and complete. What you will do

• Monitor and update traffic incident information in assigned regions
• Work with real-time data from multiple sources
• Verify and cross-check information before making updates
• Record important details such as location, direction, cause, and impact
• Update incidents as conditions change
• Close incidents once they are resolved and confirmed
• Communicate with team members and supervisors when clarification is needed
• English level: B1+
• Strong attention to detail
