Job Description エンジニアによる化学分析機器の据付、点検、修理等の作業報告書番号の発番 エンジニアからの連絡を受けて修理見積書を作成し、販売店・お客様に提出 点検、修理作業などに必要な部品の手配とお客様のニーズに応じた発送手続き 国内および海外の倉庫における部品の在庫を確認。作業日と納期を考慮して手配し、入庫状況を確認。納期状況によって早急な出荷をエスカレーション。 部品の発送のみで修理が完了する場合、お客様にコンタクトして修理完了を確認し、作業報告書番号をクローズ 専門分野内の直接的な問題、課題を解決 複雑な顧客サービス案件に対するアプローチを決定 エントリーレベルのメンバーに対するバディ 同部署のスケジュールコーディネータのバックアップ

Qualifications

PCによる業務系システム操作 Microsoft Office系ソフト操作 コミュニケーション(日本語・英語) TOEIC500点程度 顧客第一主義のマインド 電話対応 プロジェクトへの参加および1～3年の経験 Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule.
